At ViveVibes, we want your shopping experience to be as pleasant as possible. That's why we provide you with all the information you need about our shipping and return processes.

Shipping Times

  • Production: 2-3 business days (generally).
  • Shipping (USA and UK): 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping (Europe & Canada): 3-7 business days.
  • Shipping (Rest of the World): 7-20 business days.

Note: These times are estimates and may vary depending on location and time of year. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order in real time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically during the checkout process and will be displayed before you confirm your order. These costs vary depending on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Methods

We work with major courier companies to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. You can choose your preferred shipping method during the checkout process (as long as there is more than one option available).

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order in real time through the courier company's website.  

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through our Contact form or by sending an email.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the reason for the return is an error on our part (for example, defective product or incorrect shipment).
  • Once we have received and verified the returned product, we will refund the corresponding amount.

Exceptions

Some products may have special return conditions. These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page and/or during the checkout process.
